- This Shabar Mantra can be started from the Chaturthi date of Shukla Paksha of any month.
- Pray to Lord Ganesha and your Guru to pray for the success of this sadhana.
- Sit on the bank of a river or pond.
- Place two cloves and seven batasha (round sugar cubes) on a whole betel leaf in a sacred place in front of you.
- After pronouncing your wish, chant this Shabar Mantra 108 times with energized Coral rosary.
- After chanting the mantra, flow that betel leaf and other material into the water.
- After this chant this mantra 11 times daily from the next day.
- Keep doing this experiment on every Chaturthi till the work is accomplished.
- After accomplishment, immerse the garland in the same water.

- यह शाबर मंत्र किसी भी महीने की शुक्ल पक्ष की चतुर्थी तिथि से शुरू किया जा सकता है |
- भगवान् गणेश और अपने गुरु का पूजन कर इस साधना की सफलता की प्रार्थना करें |
- किसी नदी या तालाब के किनारे बैठें |
- अपने सामने किसी स्वच्छ स्थान पर एक साबुत पान पर दो लौंग और सात बताशे रखें |
- अपनी इच्छा का उच्चारण कर इस शाबर मंत्र का 108 बार उच्चारण प्राण प्रतिष्ठित मूंगे की माला से करें |
- मंत्र जप के बाद उस पान और सामग्री को जल में प्रवाहित कर दें |
- इसके बाद प्रतिदिन 11 बार इस मंत्र का जप करें |
- इस प्रयोग को प्रत्येक चतुर्थी को संपन्न करते रहे जब तक कार्य सिद्धि न हो जाय |
- कार्य सिद्धि के पश्चात् माला को भी उसी जल में विसर्जित कर दें |

पहिले नाम भगवान का। दूजे नाम औतार का । तीजे नाम सत् गुरू जिनका नाम गोरखनाथ। उनकी कृपा और उनकी दया । इस ख्वाजा विदर पूजने के लिये परसाद लेकर आया। लोना चमारिन दिरन्त की दुहाई । वैष्णो शाकुम्बरी और औतार पीर और पैगम्बर इनकी दया के साथ दरिया के किनारे जिससे हमारी आत्मा ठंडी लोना चमारी की दुहाई। वस्तम पेरुल युसुफ की तरह भूरे देव की तरह , सत्यनारायण की तरह मैंने भी पैर बढ़ाया, लोना चमारी की दुषई । हरी- हरी शिव-शिव जयन्ती भद्रकाली ।
