- Take a bath after doing Yoga and Pranayama for 30 minutes.
- Worship the Guru.
- Take some milk and chant this Dhanvantari stotram 108 times.
- Give this milk as a prasad to everyone in the home or to the patient.
- Do it for 11 days and all the incurable diseases will fade away.
- Consume only Satvik food while doing this sadhana.
