How To Perform The Urmila Apsara Mantra
- The sadhana can be started after 9 p.m. on a Friday night.
- The seeker should take a bath and wear red colored clothes.
- Perfume the clothes and body with Chandan or rose Itra.
- Sit facing the north direction and place the Apsara Yantra on a pink cloth.
- Worship the Guru and Lord Ganesha.
- Take the Sankalp to perform the mantra sadhana.
- Chant 21 mala of this mantra with the help of Apsara Mala.
- Wear the Gutika around the neck.
- Do this prayer for 14 days.

स्वर्ग की श्रेष्ठ अप्सराओं में उर्मिला अप्सरा है। यह अप्सरा अत्यंत सुंदर शुद्ध उज्जवल श्वेत रंग की होती है। अत्यधिक सौंदर्य के साथ साथ इसमें अपने साधक के मनोभावों को समझ कर उज़की प्रत्येक परेशानी को दूर करने का गुण भी होता है।

अप्सरा माला से इस मंत्र की 21 माला मंत्र जाप करें | १४ दिन तक इस मंत्र अनुष्ठान को संपन्न करें |
