One simply receives Varahi Deeksha to gain wisdom, intuitive powers, and wealth. Varahi is one of the Matrikas, a group of seven mother goddesses in the Hindu religion.
Bearing the head of a sow, Varahi is the Shakti (feminine energy) of Varaha, the boar avatar of the god Vishnu. In Nepal, she is called Barahi.
She is said to have emerged from his boar-like form and assisted him in creating the universe. She is also considered the protector of the cosmos and is worshipped as such by her devotees.
One can worship goddess Varahi for the following reasons:

Goddess Varahi is the goddess of communication and the different modes she intercommunicates with her worshipper or the sadhaka.
